Hours of Operation

Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (est). This includes shipping, ordering, and phone support. All orders or emails received after 5 pm will be handled the next business day.

Shipping Inforamtion

Orders are typically processed in 1-3 business days. We are closed on and do not process orders on all major American holidays. Orders placed after hours, on the weekends or on major holidays will begin their processing procedure on the next business day. Once an order has shipped, it generally takes 3-5 business days to arrive, depending on location. International orders will vary from this depending on location.
Most orders, unless otherwise specified, are shipped via FedEx. When your order ships, a tracking number is automatically generated and sent via email. If there is a discrepancy with FedEx, we will work to ensure it is cleared up in a timely manner. Please contact us immediately is you feel like there is a problem. We are here to help.

Items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii is an additional $25 and items shipped to Canada are an additional $45. For shipping to any location outside of the United States or Canada, please contact us for shipping rates. For all Bulk Orders, you will be responsible for the shipping or freight set up and charges

Repairs and Returns

We place an free outstanding 30 day warranty with a 30 day money back guarantee on this item. The warranty guarantees that this item will not be DOA upon arrival. It does not cover any special needs you might have such as installation assistance or any other custom situation. It also does not cover software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. We do offer a paid support plan for those issues. If by chance you receive your item and there is a problem, we will work diligently to correct the problem. If it is necessary to be returned for repair/replacement, we will repair or replace the item and ship it back to you. Please email us at cl3tech@gmail.com with warranty requests.

1 Year Extended Warranty

Our extended warranty is for 1 yr from the day you receive the item. You will need to contact us within 12 months of receiving the item with your problem. If we cannot repair the item, then we will have it replaced with a laptop of equal or greater value. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost involved with getting the item to us, but we take care of the rest. If you attempt to have the item repaired elsewhere, then it will void the warranty with us. It does not cover any repairs done by companies other than ours, damage caused by neglect (liquid spills, broken pieces due to a drop, cracked screens, etc.), or software problems. It does not cover malware or virus removal either. Batteries are also not covered by our extended warranty. If you have a problem that falls under what is not included, then we will do the repairs at cost and only ask that you pay shipping. That is much cheaper than taking it to a computer repair shop.

Most repairs can be completed within 1-3 business days of receiving the PC back in our warehouse, but each issue is on a case by case basis. Some may take longer than others.
If you need to return an item purchased through a vendor site (i.e. Amazon, eBay, etc.) you will need to contact us to set up a direct return. Otherwise, the vendor in question will have to contact us in order to have a refund or exchange initiated. We value our customers and don’t want anything to be lost in the shuffle.
The term “Off-Lease" refers to a product that has been leased to, and used by, a customer, then returned to the leasing agent at the end of the lease period (typically 2 to 3 years). The leasing agent, or their third-party partner, inspects, repairs (if necessary), cleans, re-packages, and then offers the product for sale as “Off-Lease". Although we only purchase and sell the highest grade off-lease products some items will show signs of use, including minor scratches, slight wear on keyboards, etc. Purchasing off lease product saves you money, creates less waste and saves the resources that would be required to produce new products. If saving money and resources is important to you and you are not concerned with minor wear you should consider purchasing off-lease. Off lease products carry limited warranties through the original leasing agent or their third party refurbish-er.
